Research-led AI media intelligence

We build virtual creators to understand real human behavior.

False Light Studios is building a network of AI-native personalities and the research infrastructure to measure how real audiences respond to them.

Raw audience activityObserve the signal

Behavior begins as scattered activity across content, audiences, platforms, and time.

Campaign forecasting

Estimate how concepts, personalities, and messages may perform before significant budget is committed.

Phase 01 — Active

Our first virtual creator is live. Additional personalities and automated measurement infrastructure are in development.

01 / The thesis

Synthetic media is scaling faster than our understanding of its effects.

Brands can generate artificial personalities and content at unprecedented speed. What they still lack is reliable evidence about how audiences perceive, trust, engage with, and purchase through them.

False Light Studios is building that evidence through observed behavior—not solely simulated audiences or retrospective social listening.

01IdentityWho audiences believe they are meeting
02AttentionWhat earns and sustains interest
03TrustWhat creates credibility or doubt
04SentimentHow perception changes over time
05ConversionWhen attention becomes commitment
02 / How we build intelligence

Each phase creates a stronger signal.

Our creator network begins as an owned media system and develops into a continuously learning intelligence platform.

01Active now

Build a creator network

What Develop distinct virtual personalities with different identities, interests, voices, and intended audiences.

Why Multiple personalities create comparative research environments and help separate creator-specific performance from broader patterns.

Creates Owned media properties and controlled experimental subjects.

02Building next

Run measurable content experiments

What Vary visual style, format, topic, tone, cultural references, personality behavior, and publishing time.

Why Structured variation connects creative decisions to attention, sentiment, trust, and conversion.

Creates A growing dataset of creative inputs and audience outcomes.

03Planned

Validate audience demand

What Grow communities and introduce direct-to-audience experiences through platforms such as Fanvue.

Why Subscriptions, purchases, retention, and revenue reveal commitment beyond likes and follows.

Creates Early revenue, deeper behavioral signals, and a self-funding path.

04Planned

Prove commercial application

What Work with early brand partners on creator campaigns, integrations, and audience-response studies.

Why Brand collaborations test whether our findings translate into useful commercial outcomes.

Creates Case studies, benchmarks, conversion data, and lasting brand relationships.

05Destination

Build the intelligence layer

What Combine findings across creators, audiences, platforms, content, and campaigns.

Why Synthetic media changes continuously. Brands need current intelligence—not a one-time deliverable.

Creates Recurring market reports, campaign forecasting, audience testing, and licensed data access.

03 / Research infrastructure

From post to finding—without losing the context.

We are developing automated systems to document creative decisions, collect performance data, analyze audience response, and preserve the evidence behind every conclusion.

01

Document

Record each hypothesis, creative variable, publishing decision, and production detail before the result is known.

02

Collect

Capture standardized performance snapshots across platforms, tracking links, subscriptions, and revenue sources.

03

Interpret

Classify sentiment and response themes with human review, visible confidence, and room for uncertainty.

04

Compare

Study patterns across time, content, personalities, audience segments, and commercial experiments.

Operating principle

Automate collection, organization, and preliminary analysis. Preserve human judgment for research design, interpretation, and ethical review.

Research property 01 — Live

Meet Kayce.

Kayce is False Light Studios' first active virtual creator and the opening node in a planned network of distinct AI-native personalities.

Her initial research cycle is establishing baselines across visual style, narrative voice, publishing format, cultural references, audience response, and future conversion pathways.

05 / Responsible research

Transparency is part of the methodology.

Our personalities are identified as virtual. We intend to analyze audience response primarily in aggregate, avoid selling identifiable audience information, separate private interactions from research without meaningful consent, and communicate limitations alongside findings.

06 / Early partnerships

Help define what synthetic media can become.

We are interested in early conversations with brands, researchers, and technology partners exploring virtual creators, measurable media experiments, and the changing relationship between identity and audience behavior.
